  • How do I book a session with Andrew?
    The best way to book a session with Andrew is to call or text his personal number which can be found on the "Contact" page. Emailing also works well however it is a less direct form of contact and may be subject to delayed response.
  • Am I able to train with a partner?
    YES! I encourage partner training as it makes the sessions a bit more fun with friendly competition, different exercises and an obvious support from a friend or family member to keep you on track to your goals
  • I am new to the gym setting, how do I go about learning the equipment?"
    Your FREE consultation is where we can go over the equipment that I like to show beginners. I like to start people off on machines as they have a lower risk of injury and are easy to use and understand. However if you are planning on participating in some personal training I can monitor your form and guide you through some more more intense and more effective exercises.
  • How do I know when and where the outdoor sessions will be in the summer time?
    You can follow AG Strength and Conditioning on Facebook, Instagram and this webpage to find out when and where the outdoor sessions will be! As is the case for most outdoor classes, weather is always a determining factor. There is no minimum or maximum for participant numbers. As long as one person shows I will run the class.
  • How do I pay for my sessions, nutrition and other products from AGSC?"
    Since I work at two different gyms they have different philosophies. Anytime Fitness runs their payment directly through the front office. You can see the manager to pay for your sessions and then contact me to book. Recipts are emailed directly to you at the time of purchase and can be printed when finalized. Chop Shop Physiques and AGSC Outdoor Sessions can be paid directly to myself via cheque, e-transfer, or cash. Reciepts will be emailed to you from AGSC's email address for your records.
